Certification Pathways

The Pipeline Is the Point.

GLoB isn't a one-year program. It's a 7-year journey from 6th grade to certified graduate, and a 10-year commitment to putting Boston students into the tech workforce.

The Model

How the Cohort Model Works

GLoB launches with one school and one cohort of 15 students. Each year a new school joins with its own cohort of 15. By Year 5, five schools are running, 75 new students entering the pipeline every year.

Workforce Impact

10-Year Workforce Pipeline

Students who enter in 9th grade graduate in 4 years. The first certified graduates from Madison Park enter the workforce in the 2031–2032 school year. As more schools come online and cohorts mature, the number of certified graduates compounds year over year.
